Rider Comfort: Full Throttle's trains use lapbars, which is unusual for a looping coaster. The lapbars add to the experience, because when the train slows at the top of the vertical loop, riders are just hanging there with their legs. The trains are very comfortable and allow freedom, which is good when riding any coaster.
Full Throttle is the smoothest coaster I have ever ridden. The coaster never rattles, never shakes, and there are no sudden jerks except for the end when the brakes kick in. The coaster is smooth, but that's not the only criteria that makes a coaster great. There's got to be some good force as well, right? Well, Full Throttle delivers. The launch provides a kick in the back row, and there is some incredible hangtime on the loop, which is the biggest in the world. Full Throttle doesn't stop there. After the exit to the loop, there are some banked turns, followed by a dive loop into a tunnel. Once riders plunge into the tunnel, the launches start up, and riders elevate to to a hill, and dive to the brakes. Full Throttle provides some excellent forces in the back, and a more gentle ride in the front row. Full Throttle is a great coaster and a true "You Only Live Once" experience.
